What if I am a tourist and I am filming with my drone, do I need a license?

If you use your DRONE for recreational use you don't need a Commercial Pilot License, but you do need to take the TRUST safety test (in the menu you will find the link).

But... if you want to sell the images or upload them to a youtube channel (i.e. you are going to monetize with them), you DO need to have your FAA part-107 license.
